Well, we are in full Fall Mode, busy schedules, changing leaves, fly and bee season and the most beautiful sunsets!
The residents keep busy with day-to-day activities, more outside time, gotta soak up that sunshine while we can.
Did you see the pictures from Bingo last week? The winners got cars (Matchbox cars)! It was a hit! Some people won several and so many smiles!
What’s going on the week of September 13th to September 19th-
Sunday September 13th-10:00 am Worship service and Coffe and Dessert in the Coffee Shop from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Monday September 14th-Room Visits, Balloon Ball, Trivia, One to Ones, Bingo and Beverage Cart.
Tuesday September 15th-Room Visits, Kickball, Trivia, Beverage Cart, According by Chuck Gust and One to Ones.
Wednesday September 16th-Breakfast Club, Visit by Alyx and the boys, Worship, Trivia, Pie and Coffee in the Coffee Shop 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Beverage Cart and Bible Study.
Thursday September 17th-Room Visits, Jeopardy, Family Feud, Trivia, One to Ones, Bingo and Beverage Cart.
Friday September 18th- Room Visits, Manicures, Trivia, Beverage Cart and One to Ones.
Saturday September 19th- Trivia, Wheel of Fortune, Beverage Cart and One to Ones.

Here at HPV we support continuing education for our staff. All staff do yearly online and in person training. Just some of the topics covered are: Resident Rights, HIPPA, Infection Control, Compliance & Ethics, and Abuse/Neglect. We also have staff that attend conventions a couple times a year and they also provide for continuing education. Recently we had three of our Dietary staff attended an eight-hour course, Serve Safe. Following the class they were tested. We are proud to say they all passed and got certificates. Congrats to Marcus McClean, Britta Pederson, and Kristen Hanson! Good job!
