Week of October 20, 2025
Hello everyone, it’s Ronda with the weekly HPV News-
No surprise Fall is happening, but if you all could say a little prayer for the rain to stop. There is a lot of crop left in the fields and the farmers could use some dry weather to finish up. I took a drive around yesterday and the leaves are finally turning, seems like they are a little slower this year, but we had been having some great weather. Here’s me, taking out my phone, snapping a picture of a beautiful tree. I think I am saving them for when everything is white!
Here is your invite to stop out on Halloween for Trick or Treats. The Residents will be handing out candy staring at 4:00 pm going until 8:00 pm.

Here’s a little Halloween Trivia. Halloween originated from the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, which marked the end of Summer and harvest and the beginning of Winter. Celts believed that there was a boundary between the living and the dead, so they lit bonfires and wore costumes to ward of the spirits. All Hallows Eve eventually became Halloween. So, there you go! I thought it was just for the treats!
So here we go; days are ticking towards the Christmas Holiday. The annual Family Christmas Party will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 7th. Spread the word to your families.
We are busy getting flu shots here and hoping for a healthy Winter. So, with that being said, if you aren’t feeling well, please skip a visit for another day. You are all so good about keeping your distance until you are well. Thank You. Until next week, say warm, healthy and well. Have a great week!
