We would love to have you or your loved one as our new neighbor enjoying catered country living at Hatton Prairie Village. Moving into our home is an easy process.
- Contact Joleen Smith at 701.543.3102 or @jsmith@hattonprairievillage.com She will talk with you about our home, availability and answer all your questions. You are also welcome to tour our home at your convenience.
- Complete and submit an Admission Application. Joleen Smith will provide an application for you or you can download the application here.
- Visit your physician 3-5 days prior to moving into our home for history and physical, or this can be done within 48 hours of moving in, which we can arrange for you.
- Choose your room from those available.
- Move in. We will assist you with your move, if you’d like. If needed, you can move in within 24 hours of first calling us.
